In the meantime, the Helping Hand Fund continues to be a local alternative for offering financial support for kids in our community to participate in activities and sports where they may not otherwise have been able to because of financial issues.
To provide funding we rely on 3 main events each year.
The Family Day Pond Hockey tournament on Family Day Each year. If you are interested in participating, volunteering or sponsoring, please contact Dean or the committee at helpinghandinnisfail@gmail.com
In April we host our annual Dean Turnquist Spring Fever Road Hockey Tournament for kids and adults. In 2024, we are hosting our 27th event. This day has a full day of road hockey followed by a cabaret in the evening to wrap the festivities! So save the date! (April 20, 2024) and get your teams ready.
